The Porches
The Southern Porch welcomes you from the moment you arrive! The front porch is complete with traditional rocking chairs acquired by a local historic plantation called "The Terraces at Planehill." The Southern Porches are wheelchair accessible. The Sunshine Porch is our favorite place to gather. Sweeping views of the backyard and southern breezes. This space has a round table and chairs, an outdoor bar, and 4 high top bar stools. This space can easily be converted for your needs.
The Gathering Rooms
The Julia Room is the first room to the right when you enter the Thomas House. It is a wonderful space with original heart pine floors, fireplace, mantel, and tons of natural light. The Addie Room adjoins The Julia, separated only by a doorway. This doorway offers a larger gathering space and allows easy access to the kitchen. A simple farmhouse table in the Addie room allows it to be used for drop-in private meetings as well as catering setup.
The LeCriox Parlour is on your left when entering the Thomas House and offers additional seating space or room for a dance floor. The possibilities are endless!

The Kitchen
Conveniently located to the back of the house for easy access for both outdoor and indoor events. Our newly renovated kitchen offers a small coffee bar, 4 warming drawers for ease of catering, a microwave, refrigerator, and freezer for guests and caterers to best utilize the space.
The Conference Room
This space offers ultimate privacy and seats up to 8 people comfortably at the conference table. You can use this space to get ready for your event as it gushes with natural light. This is also great space for smaller private meetings like: depositions, real estate closings, or out of town professionals taking local clients for the day.
The Grounds
A wonderful tucked away treasure! The Thomas House sits on over an acre of land. Gorgeous, mature trees grace the yard including Magnolias and Live Oaks. The yard is private and stretches from W. Dekalb Street all the way back to Rutledge Street.
