This website is owned and operated by The Thomas House c.1848. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers visitors information on our venue. By accessing or using the website, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Pricing
We reserve the right to change our prices for rentals at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Additional information about pricing is available by contacting us at thomashousesc@gmail.com

Booking & Contract Changes
When booking an event at the Thomas House C. 1848 you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full rental contract before making a commitment to book with us: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to rent our venue for the date and time agreed upon and when you commit to book an event and you will complete the payment process.

Any contract changes must be agreed upon by both the Venue and the renter in writing. If any changes result in a change in pricing. The remaining balance must be paid prior to access being granted to the facility.​

Cancellation
You are able to cancel your contract through written notice to the venue. Cancellation forfeits any payments made prior to cancellation with no refund available.
Returned Check Fee
There is a $50 Returned Check Fee for any check returned for insufficient funds or any other reason. This fee is due immediately in additional to the remaining balance owed by the renter.

Right to Change Offering
We may, without prior notice, change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer; or create limits for the services provided. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.

Promotional Emails & Content
You agree to receive from time to time promotional messages and materials from us, by mail, email or any other contact form you may provide us with (including your phone number for calls or text messages). If you don't want to receive such promotional materials or notices – please just notify us at any time.

Right to Modify Terms
We reserve the right to change and update these terms. These changes will be made when appropriate, in a timely manner. We encourage you to examine this page from time to time to ensure you are aware of any changes we may have made.​
